Welcome to PLC Lifestyle Villages
Property Lifestyle Concepts Ltd was formed to identify suitable parcels of land for development, with a strong emphasis on lifestyle and the community atmosphere of like-minded residents whose behaviour is similar.
To date the company has developed:
- Rivertown Villas, a 69 villa over 60′s village in Kaiapoi
- Sanctuary Villas, a 41 villa over 60′s village in Burwood
- Northbrook Villas, a 96 Villa over 55′s village in Rangiora
Currently under construction is the fourth lifestyle village at the Maltworks site in Heathcote Valley.

Larger villa sizes allow you to retain more of your existing belongings. A body corporate and management company is responsible for the maintenance of the grounds, common areas and the external maintenance of the dwellings.
